Miss Fit use, recommend and sell X-POLES. Our studios are fitted out with the Titanium 42mm, 45mm and original 50mm sized poles as well as Brass Poles. So you're welcome to come and trial and judge for yourself. Having a Pole at home allows you to practise when-ever you choose. Plus it's a great way to impress your friends at home.

X-Poles will not damage your ceiling or floor as they do not require drilling. All Poles have a rubberized mounting on the top of the ceiling dome to protect your ceiling.
