S.T.A.R. CLASSES                                                    

Miss Fit focus on exercises for strengthening and flexibility as well as teaching choreographed dance routines on the pole. Classes run for 1 hour for 1 STAR and Conditioning. For all other levels the classes run for 1.5 hours. Every student has their own pole. All classes are structured to include a thorough stretch and strengthening component, working on new pole moves, developing a choreographed routine and closing with a relaxing warm down session. Each term runs for 8 weeks.

 Your Teachers
Miss Fit teachers include qualified fitness instructors as well as professional teachers of dance and music, all with the ability to unravel the mysteries of pole dancing for you. The classes are fun and informal and the whole environment is non-competitive and very supportive. There's lots of laughter and cheering when we have breakthrough moments!

Conditioning Class
Those seriously wanting to achieve their goal of fitness, weight loss or toning will benefit greatly with Conditioning Classes with Miss Fit. As well as working to Stretch and Tone your body, Miss Fit will show you how to utilise your dance pole for Resistance Exercise and show you a series of exercises you can perform regularly at home.

Svetlanas Stretch Class
Learn how to achieve your maximum flexibility and develop your core strength. Svetlana brings her expertise as an elite Gymnast & Certified Fitness Instructor.

Polefection
For students in 2 S.T.A.R. & above, wanting to perfect their pole technique. We will focus on perfecting combinations, transitions, timing and technique. Class numbers are restricted so you get lots of personalised attention. Your teacher can also help you choreograph your own routine.

Pole Jam with Miss Fit
Just want to play on the poles? Maybe learn something you've seen on the net or elsewhere? Still battling with a particular move or combination? Wanting to choreograph your own routine? Just want to try some advanced moves? Come and play with Miss Fit and learn some new stuff. Designed for students in 3 STAR and higher levels.

 Stretch, Tone, Artistry and Relaxation

 

1 STAR Class
Designed for ladies who have little or no previous pole experience, we start to improve your strength and flexibility while teaching you basic pole moves, progressing to a choreographed sensual dance routine.

All 1 S.T.A.R. (beginners) classes run for 1 hour.

2 STAR Class                    
We continue to build your strength and tone and start inverted moves on the pole. We will hone dance combinations commenced in 1 STAR Miss Fit and achieve a more complex dance routine.

All 2 S.T.A.R. classes run for 1.5 hours.

3 STAR Class
Having successfully achieved the 2 STAR Miss Fit level, you will master more complex upside down moves, more challenging choreography and spin combinations. A prerequisite for this starting level is a competent Crucifix on a spinning pole.

All 3 S.T.A.R. classes run for 1.5 hours.

4 STAR Class
For students who have achieved significant proficiency in their pole presentation. We will focus on high levels of strength and flexibility to complete a more demanding routine. Pre-requisite moves are a strong Inverted V and a left leg hang. A 4 STAR Miss Fit displays great stamina and tone combined with sensual artistry.

All 4 S.T.A.R. classes run for 1.5 hours.

4 STAR Advanced
This class is for students who have successfully mastered the 4 STAR curriculum and are looking to be pushed further with advanced aerial combinations and lifts. You will be introduced to choreographing your own routine to perform at Grad Week.

All 4 S.T.A.R. Advanced classes run for a minimum of 1.5 hours.


Pole Power
For the elite pole dancer, participation by invitation only. You choose your music and choreograph your routine, together we work through new advanced moves & combinations. Together we challenge ourselves and have a lot of fun on the pole!

All Pole Power classes run for a minimum of 1.5 hours.
