Why Pole Dance?

Some girls are happy to just attend a class each week, other girls choose to also buy a pole so they can practice and develop their skills at home (and impress the man in their life!!), other girls - the real exhibitionists - want to demonstrate their skills in pole dancing competitions. What ever you choose to do with pole dancing it is very much an expression of a womans sensuality, athleticism and grace. Every body has their own style, and as you develop your proficiency as a pole dancer you come to understand what moves work best for you.
 
Pole dancing is challenging both physically and psychologically - you will be asking your body to do things it has never done before. Once your initial fears are conquered you increase in confidence as well as toning your body. It's a real buzz to finally accomplish a move that at first seemed impossible!

Learn to master Pole Dancing in a safe female only environment, where all ages, shapes and fitness levels are welcome.

Miss Fit focuses on exercises for strengthening and flexibility as well as teaching choreographed pole dance routines. Classes run between 1 to 1.5 hours. Every student has their own pole. Classes are available each day of the week. Class terms run for eight weeks.

At the completion of each term students will have learnt a dance routine to present to their friends or partners at their graduation class. At the completion of each course graduates will receive a certificate and are eligible to progress to the next level.

All classes are structured to include a thorough stretch and strengthening component, working on new pole moves, developing a choreographed routine and closing with a relaxing warm down session.
