Artarmon - Miss Fit Pole Classes Timetable
The cost of the mini-term is $90-, and if you choose to book in for more than 1 class will receive a 50% discount off your subsequent classes for the term. For example, 2 classes cost $135- - which is great value for 6 fun-filled fitness sessions. Each class runs for 1 hour. Classes are not transferrable to other students.
Mini Term 2012
Our January mini-term will start the week of 9th January 2012 and the last week of classes will start Monday 23rd January 2012.
Our next 8 week term will start the week of 30th January 2012. This timetable will be on the website in early January 2012.
The Mini Term is in a workshop format – every week your class will have a different theme and a different teacher. You need to select a class time that suits you and you go to the same class each week. Each class will have a fitness focus, each of the classes will have varying dance elements eg; pole technique, or Burlesque, or GO GO Dancing, or fan, or chair dance or ...........

Miss Fit – Beginners – basic moves and spins to be incorporated into an easy to learn mini-routine.
Intermediate and Advanced – Glam Fans – learn some classic Burlesque fan poses:
Double Trouble – learn some new doubles moves on the pole.
Lady K – Sensual Styles and Pole Rolls (all levels) Learn how to make your head flicks and body rolls look amazing!
Poppy – Top Technique (all levels) Learn to do your pole moves the right way so you look fantastic!
Josie – Conditioning, Technique and Pole Jam!!
Megan – Dance Till You Drop! (all levels) Learn a mini-pole routine with great dance elements.
Amy – Pole Circuit Class (all levels) A strengthening and fitness class that will help build those pole muscles!
Tasia – Burlesque – Shimmy and Tease. An introduction to Burlesque moves, poses, struts and tease with the amazing Tasia.
No pole moves will be taught in this class.
WOTSUP Beginners – Women Over Thirty Still Up Pole! Move over 20 somethings!! This class is specifically designed for those of us who may not be as flexible as we used to be, but still want to have fun on a pole, and get fit! All shapes and sizes welcome. No fitness or previous dance experience required in the beginner level. We are proud that almost half our teachers at Miss Fit are over 30!
