Pole Parties

Are you organizing a Hens Night, birthday party, school reunion, Girls Night Out, work function or even a divorce party?
Miss Fit Dance Studio is available to host your event at either our spectacular Big Top studio at Castle Hill, or the Artarmon studio with it's night club decor.

You can add a touch of Burlesque to your event - we have full sized ostrich feather fans so we can teach you the seductive feather dance. Maybe you want to learn a chair dance? Or pole dancing? You choose!
It will be an event to remember, and a chance to take some great photos. Let your hair down girls!!

Some of our guests choose to dress up, for example, divas, naughty nurses, sexy school girls, women in uniform..., or just change into gear suitable for exercising - shorts and top (no leggings). Heels are optional but a lot more fun!!

Our pole parties run for 90 minutes, we get you moving with an easy warm up, teach you some basic pole spins and a mini-routine. So you actually perform a pole dance - it's so much fun! We then sit you down with some bubbles, while your hostess performs a more advanced routine. You'll get to see how beautiful and athletic pole dancing can be.

Cost is $35-/head for groups of up to 14, $30-/head if more than 14. A $100- deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable and the balance must be paid at the start of the event. Minimum charge is for 8 attendees.
We have 14 poles at Castle Hill and 11 at Artarmon. We feel that the parties work best if everyone has their own pole.
Parties can be held on Friday nights and weekends.

Full change room and bathroom facilities on site. Easy parking at both locations.
