Designed for students who have completed the 1 STAR level. We will teach you how to start going upside down on the pole, aerial spins and holds. Each class runs for 1 hour, and will include a comprehensive stretching and toning session, and finish with a relaxing warm down. One class a week for 8 weeks. This is a pre-requisite class prior to starting 2 STAR Choreography, but the 2 classes may be undertaken in the same term.
