Lockdown restrictions starting to ease in NSW
Yes Yes Yes!!!! As we are all doing a great job of flattening the curve, the NSW government will be starting to ease restrictions on our activities. From this Friday we gradually start returning to a more normal lifestyle. Check out the 3 Step Framework. In Step 2, indoor gyms such as Miss Fit will be able to re-open – with strict regulations in place – which we will adhere to 110%. Our spacious studios are already ideally set up for this. We are planning our covid safe protocols to keep you and all our instructors safe and well.

Livestream classes are a real buzz, and on cooler nights having the convenience of training at home with a group of frlendly faces actually makes you feel very connected. This is a great way to get yourself back in to shape and learn some new skills. We have classes running 6 days a week all suited for train at home set up.
