Pole dancing mother of three, Kristy Sellars smashed oldschool stereotypes and won Australia’s hearts in her emotion packed finals win on Sunday. Her character teetered from the horror of domestic violence to finally emerge as a defiant survivor, in a routine embellished with slick digital effects. Her artistry was not only flawless, but having had her 3rd baby only 6 months ago, Kristy also displayed incredible athleticism. Bungee Play now at Miss Fit
Wanting to add some seriously fun cardio to your week? When you are in the bungee you have a new sense of freedom that allows you to float, bounce and fly. Suspended by the bungee cord your workout is reversed – pushups, burpees and jumps become easier and there is less jarring on joints. Resistance training has never felt so good! Your abs and legs will be working hard while you discover new ways to fly.
Bungee Play is a high intensity workout quite different from anything you have tried before. You will learn to fly like superman, dive and float like mission impossible. Gain confidence with handstands and cartwheels with the harness supporting you. The possibilities are endless, and so is the fun factor!
Available at our Castle Hill studio only. Booking prior essential, numbers strictly limited. You do not need any fitness background to start bungee, guys and girls welcome.

Ballet Barre now at Miss Fit!
Step into a world of beautiful music and elegant movement, allow your body and mind to reconnect as you immerse yourself in this classic class. Ballet Barre is a fusion workout designed to give you lean long lines, stronger legs, perky butt, and improved posture. It combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and lots of stretching. You don’t need any prior dance or fitness experience to be able love this class. As it’s low intensity its ideal for those new to exercise, returning from injury or post-baby. Put on your favourite workout gear – leggings are ideal – bare feet are fine. Bring a water bottle and a small towel if you tend to sweat. Enjoy the burn and love the rewards.
Each class runs for an hour, 8 week term fee $190-, or $25 as a casual class.

Halloween Heaven
Our biggest event of the year is only 1 week away! Sydneys richest pole and lyra competition. Strap yourself in for a night of thrills, spills and chills as our male and female Finalists perform jawdropping routines. You will be in the company of pole royalty! Pole and aerial performance legends Miss Suzie Q and Toby J Monson will be opening the show, and available for book signings.
Our finalists are vying for a prize pool of $3000- and you will get to vote for the biggest prize – the Most Entertaining Performance award. Its a night full of variety, and our outrageous MC Chilli Rox will have you in stitches. You dont need to be a pole or lyra expert to have a great night out.
