Learn how to work with a partner – building communication, timing and trust while you create some spectacular paired balances and sequences.
You do not need to bring a partner – we can pair you up on the day.
Beginners – minimum 1 term of lyra training
Intermediate – you need to be able to invert into the hoop, hock hang from the top, and confidently be able to pull back into the hoop from a long hang.
Cost: $40- per person, 90 minute workshop
