Did you know that one invert in a sling, aerial hoop or on a pole is equivalent to 20 floor based sit ups?
No wonder that aerials are such a great work out! If you’re into counting calories, you should expect to burn 300 – 400 active calories in an aerial class. Plus its an adrenaline rush. There is nothing as exhilerating as getting your feet off the floor and learning to fly! Pushing yourself outside your comfort zone to overcome fear and self-doubt is the greatest natural high of all.
Whether it’s in a yoga hammock, aerial hoop or dance pole, flying is fun!

So that you dont miss out we have created extra classes for the new term starting March 7 – more daytime, evening and Saturday morning classes to fit in with your busy schedule. We also have a flexible catch up class policy, so if you miss your regular class we can arrange a catch up session for you.
Dont worry if you are completely new to aerial exercise, in our small classes our expert instructors will look after you so that you get the most out of every class. You can progress at your own pace. Its safety first and last at Miss Fit, with your health and wellbeing our number one priority.
