Sometimes its hard to commit to a longer course, so during April we have a range of mini-terms running at our 3 locations. Its a great way to try something
new, and expand your skill set while improving your fitness. At just $95- for the 4 weeks these are great value!
Choose from Handstands, Beginners Pole, Dance, Stretch and our popular Abs n Ass classes! Studios located at Castle Hill and Artarmon.
Open to everyone, you do not need to be a current student to attend. Don’t worry if you are COMPLETELY UNFIT!!! This is how we get fit (-: Try a short

Beginners Pole mini-term – special discounted price!
If you’ve always wanted to try pole fitness but cant commit to an 8 week term this is the class for you! You will be learning our beginner level
curriculum of pole spins and climbs, put into short combinations. Each class includes exercises on the floor and the poles to increase your
upper body and core strength. You’ll be amazed how much you can progress in 4 classes. No fitness experience required to get started.
Only $95- which is less than half of the usual 8 week term fee.
Starts from April 8.
Artarmon: Mondays 8:30 pm and Thursdays 7:30 pm
Castle Hill: Wednesdays 8:30 pm

Handstands with Von – back by popular demand!
Von brings years of gymnastics coaching expertise to this popular class. You will be taken through exercises to strengthen and stabilize
your upper body and shoulders, and then paired and solo handstand drills. Its a lot of fun and you will definitely know you’ve had
a work out after each session. Suitable for all levels – beginners to masters. If you’re just starting your acro training the content
is customized to suit you.
Handstand training will improve your upper body and core strength, balance and body awareness.

Abs n Ass – back by popular demand at Castle Hill!
Always a popular class filled with fun and creative challenges to improve your core strength and to tone up butt and thighs. Not just the run
of the mill crunches and squats, you’ll be taken through Bring Sally Up challenges, partnered and solo midsection manglers, Prisoners,
Skaters and Underbutt Isolations for the Ultimate Booty Lift! Keep your motivation high by training with this class for your targeted 4
week abs challenge. Suitable for everyone – if you’re new to fitness or needing to target those areas for aerial skills.

Dance with K – embrace the love of dance
One of our most popular and experienced instructors, famous for her amazing curly hair, Krystal combines her extensive background in dance, yoga,
and pole into her classes. Activate your body in her yoga themed warm up and learn how to express yourself through movement while learning
2 lyrical and contemporary inspired routines during the miniterm. You don’t need a dance background to join this class, all sequences clearly
explained. Any pole elements will be simple and can be customized to suit you. No heels.
