We have 2 luxuriously appointed studios dedicated to pole dancing, plenty of room, air-conditioning, free parking at the door and experienced teachers passionate about teaching you the artistry of pole. Providing Aerial Yoga, Pole Dancing, Aerial Fitness, Lyra, Flexibility and Fitness classes to the Parramatta, Thornleigh, Windsor and the Hills District of Sydney.
“The Castle” is situated between The Hills Lodge, which faces onto Windsor Road, and the Zone Bowling Centre, which faces onto Hudson Ave. The address is 5/3 Salisbury Road, Castle Hill. Our car park entrance is from Salisbury Road.
Great place for Pole Parties, Miss Fit provide X-poles & Stage Poles for hire. We also carry X-poles for sale plus Dry Hands & a full range of Pole Wear.
