How to Book

Use the drop downs below the PDF’s to select your Location, then the Class Type, your Experience level and which Term you are booking for, then your menu of options will appear. Click on your preferred Class or Term of classes and review a full class description. Add your selections to your Shopping Cart. Your bundle of classes may entitle you to a 25% (20% for Term 5 2020 only) discount on some same or lesser expensive classes. A member of our booking team can confirm the correct amount payable via email if you are unsure. You’ll need to send through a deposit within 4 days to secure your booking.
Catch Up Classes and Term Cancellations
If you miss a class we are only offering either a Livestream class or access to our prerecorded Train at Home fitness videos.
If you have to withdraw from a term FOR ANY REASON and you require a refund you will forfeit 75% of the unused term fees.
If you wish to defer your term we may transfer a proportion of your term fees at our discretion.

2, 3 & 4 STAR Fundamentals, 2, 3 & 4 STAR Chorie, Static Pole, Pole Play, Classes $240- for 8 x 1 hour classes
5 Chori & Fundamentals, $290- for 8 x 1.25 Hour classes
6 Chori & Fundamentals $320 for 8 x 1.5 Hour Classes
Mums and Bubs Pole Fitness & Pole Play $210- for 8 x 1 hour classes
Lyra 1 Beginners (Aerial Hoop), Lyra 2, Lyra 3 & Bungee Classes $240- for 8 x 1 hour classes
Aerial Yoga, Aerial Fitness, Sling Fit $210- for 8 x 1 hour classes
Flexibility & Fitness Classes
Abs & Ass, FaST, Ballet Barre & Bendy Babes $210- for 8 x 1 hour classes

Kids in Slings and Kids Aerial Gym (5-8 & 9-12 years) $190- for 10 x 45 minute classes – terms run with school terms. Casual classes $20-
Teen Lyra and Teen Pole Fitness (12-17 Years) $250 for 10 x 1 hour classes – terms run with school terms. Casual classes $30-
Discounts apply when you book more than 1 class in the same term for the same child or their sibling
A 25% discount (20% for Term 5 2020 only) is applied to the 2nd less expensive class when you book more than 1 class for the same adult person in the same term. Discounts are automatically applied when you book in through the website.
1 STAR Beginners $30.00
Sling, Flexibility & Fitness (1 hour) $30.00
2, 3 & 4 STAR Pole & Dance, Lyra and Bungee Classes (1 hour) $35.00
5 & 6 STAR (75 & 90 mins respectively) pole $40-.
If we cancel a class you will be offered a full refund or a place in an alternative class.
Digital Class options.
Miss Fit live-streamed classes $12/class.
When you select the live-streamed classes option the full range of classes will appear. Select the sessions you wish to attend. We will email you the link to the online class approx. 3 hours before the class time.
No refunds for missed classes.
Miss Fit library of pre-recorded tutorials $15-/week. Click here to book.
When you select the pre-recorded option and pay immediately with Paypal you will receive access via return email in moments. We will then email to organise to set up the Direct Debit option. You will be sent a new link each week with updated content and progressions to keep you working hard.
When we receive your booking we’ll also ask you to opt in to our student group page on facebook so you can share your progress with us.

* Pay as You Play – Payment plan that allows you to pay off your term fee in 4 x equal fortnightly instalments as a direct debit from your nominated bank account. First payment before term start and then payment on Monday of Week 2, Week 4 and Week 6 of the term. As crap as 2020 has been, one of the shining lights and my sanity saver has been my classes at Miss Fit. I’ve made some life long friendships and the support from my Miss Fit family is absolutely wonderful.
